This Privacy Policy describes how JP JAKRAPOB NETWORK COMPANY LIMITED (“JPNET”, “we”, “us”), developer account JPNET.CO.TH, handles information in connection with the Plathong.NET Android app (package: net.plathong.app).

2. What the app does
Plathong.NET lets users listen to online radio streams and watch video streams, and view contact, service, and product information from Plathong.NET.
3. Information we collect
The app is designed to minimize data collection:
- No account required inside the app — we do not ask you to register or sign in within the app.
- No advertising ID / analytics SDK is embedded by us for marketing profiling in the current app build.
- Stream playback: when you play audio or video, your device connects directly to our streaming servers. Those servers may process technical connection data that is typical for streaming (IP address, user-agent, connection time, bitrate). This is needed to deliver the stream and keep service quality.
- Now-playing metadata: the app may request song/title metadata from the configured stream stats URL to show the current track title.
- Device permissions: the app may use notifications / foreground service permissions so audio can continue in the background. We do not use these permissions to track your location or contacts.

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Technical connection data may be processed on our infrastructure (including hosting/streaming systems we operate). We may disclose information if required by Thai law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
6. Data retention
Server logs related to streaming connections are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated according to our normal server maintenance practices.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices & requests
Because the app does not create user accounts, there is no in-app account to delete. You can uninstall the app at any time. For privacy questions or requests about server logs tied to your use of the service, email [email protected].
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
